    Msfl651.dll

    I want help on using Msfl651.dll to read/write ms data.

    You will need to get the MetaStock Developer's Kit in order to read data.
    The read/write versiov is no longer available.

    Also, version 6.51 is no longer supported or sold.
    It was released before 2000 and is not tested to work after year 2000.
