Hello,

When exploring securites using weekly data the following errors occur "Maximum number of securities already locked". After many hours of analysis I discovered that it only happens with weekly explorations (i.e weekly periodicity - using daily data). Running explorations without any filtering also returns this problem.

Can somebody help me pls.

what method or formula do you use to achieve "weekly periodicity - using daily data"?  that's probably at the root of your problem.

Yes that is true - I was using daily data in order to generate weekly results - I was under the impression that Metastock will calculate weekly results using daily data - so I guess I have to get access to weekly data in order to overcome the problem.
