Is a CMT considered a professional user uneligible to use QuoteCenter ?

Hi.

I'm not professionally active in assets management or trading, but I'm considering starting the path to CMT certification just for my own education. Does this mean that I wouldn't be allowed to use QuoteCenter the day after I got the certif ?

You would still be able to use QuoteCenter with CMT certification. Number 4 on the following link describes the criteria for being considered a professional trader:
