I want to set an alert so that it will trigger the alarm when it is
lower than or higher than the price. Is this possible?

and so far I like the RMO+Swingtrd+market trend, but this indicator
can not trigger the alert too, is there any way to go around it.

You can do this, but it would require writing a custom expert.  You cannot add to an existing password protected formula/expert/system test/exploration.

There are ways you can reference the RMO functions within the formula language.  This has been done a number of times on the forum already, in fact.
