Hi Everyone,
I have to modify the default symbols of BSE ( Bombay stock Exchange), so that I can update them. My data vendor says that in order to update the securities I need to add "B-" before the default symbol of BSE. i.e ACC (Default symbol) has to made into "B-ACC".
His mail to me said "For BSE in metastock- the securities list is too long and Metastock security creation is really cumbersome unlike Amibroker where same can be imported as symbol list.This is a limitation of the way Metastock is made.".
Pls. guide me about how I can go about it because creating some 3000+ stocks would be a hell of a long job.
