MY LICENSE MANAGER SHOW STATUS AS " Unlimited License" NOT AS " Licensed" SO PLS EXPLAIN.

That simply means that you have successfully activated the license on that PC. You will not need to license that PC again, unless you go through the "Internet Deactivate" to free up the license again. You can have 2 activations per license, meaning you can have 2 PC's activated at any one time.
