Hi all, I'm using MS pro 9.1 with esignal as the datafeed..

(I know there's a seperate forum for that but after comparing the posts from there a this forum, the question seems more appriate for here)

Anyway, I tried creating the new security files in the downloader, but when I tries downloading the data, it didn't work.

The symbols I was using are the same as in eSignal, for example:

AUD A0-FX    = Aussie Dollar/U.S. Dollar

So the question is, if this is not the correct symbol fornat, where or how do I find the correct one?

Otherwise, if that is correct, what did I do wrong?

AUD A0-FX is the proper format. The periodicity needs to be set to daily and the first date set to some date in the past (for example, 1998).
I recommend sending a log file into support, this should get some results.
