Provide the ability to replicate the "drag & drop" horizontal lines on charts based on custom formulas.  Currently the lines are drawn by the custom formula from the beginning of the data period zig/zag up/down all across the chart.  This creates far to much clutter and compresses Y-price scales unnecessarily.  Lines would be based on the last value only.  This would allow the horizontal lines to reposition automatically without user intervention while reducing the chart clutter and compressed scaling.
