Importing system tests and indicators from MS10 to MS11

    Hi everyone,
I have now MS 11. I tried to import system tests and custom indicators using Formula Organizer wizard and I selected the former MS 10 folder, but the wizard did not find my system tests. To what folders the MS 10 normally saves the systems tests, custom indicators, and by which names? Where I can find them.
    Thanks a lot beforehand!

System Tester is unique amongst the exported files.  The main System Tester file is ST_DATA.MDB.

However, when you export items from the System Tester, they are put into a file MS##PRFT.DTA where ## is the version of MetaStock.  When running an Import, the Formula Organizer is looking for this MS##PRFT.DTA file, not ST_DATA.MDB.

What you might be able to do is move your current ST_DATA elsewhere, put the 10 ST_DATA in the MetaStock folder.  Launch MetaStock and use the "Organizer" from within any of the formula tools to Export your system tests to a location.  After this, close MetaStock, put your version 11 ST_DATA back into the MetaStock folder, and then use the "Organizer" to import this newly exported information.
