I tried to install it 4 times. Technical support is closed until Monday. I tried to install it. The blue line was 99% completed!. I think it froze. So I deleted the temporary internet files & the computer wouldn't restart. I had to hold the "off button" in for 5 seconds to shut down the computer. But after it started, the restart function worked. I tried to install it as a save & then as a run or open the folder.

I have a new HP a1250n computer.

What should I do between now & Monday to install it?

Try right clicking on the downloaded file and clicking Properties. At the bottom of the Properties window you may have an "Unblock" button. If so, click this and click Ok. Try installing again.
