This is my first post here. I am interested in the MetaStock FX software. What I want to know is how much of forex trading do I need to know to use this software. Do I need to know technical analysis, or does the system do it all for me giving a plain buy and sell conclusion? Do I need to use end of day data with the system or is the real-time data enough?

Please answer the above question.

Would I need to have any architectural or building skills to build my house, or would my new 6-speed drill with every known attachment be able to do it all for me?

If you are looking for a black-box system that does all the trading decisions for you, I can guarantee that you will be disappointed.

First put your strategy together, and then use whichever suitable tools are available for the task at hand. Only you can make it happen.
