    All Connection Attempts Failed

    Connection has been unsuccessful ever since I started trying, almost ten hours ago. Could anyone help?

    Hi lw-

    Has your connection ever worked?  Did you enter your login info correctly during installation?  You should be able to chaeck your login credentials from the toolbar VIEW | DATALAYER | LOGIN | BRIDGEFEED | USER.

    Sometimes we've had reports of new accounts not being authorized despite doing everything correctly.  A call to Equis Sales will clear it up.  They have the authority to change your account status.

    if i start QuoteCenter, a window BF-BridgeFeed says:

    Yes i did a subscription change today with equis from EOD to QuoteCenter and it was connecting after QuoteCenter installation.

    But now it failes. I dont remember exactly if i had a software-chrash and this is the reason? What should i do?

    Security settings are more than likely the culprit.  QuoteCenter connects through port 14000, so if you have any hardware/software firewalls they may be blocking this port, preventing you from connecting.

    It is sometimes just to try often enough, somebody sad. And well today at the first time i got a connection.
    I will remember the port Nr., if i will have other problems.

    Also, if I get the occasional 'connection bridge attempt failure' I find that it continues to fail on subsequent attempts.  The easiest way I have found to correct it is reboot the computer.  That seems to fix it.
