Has anyone dealt with Paritech? Is it a real company? I bought TradeSim last weekend, paid for it online, and still have not received anything. I assume it is a download and it shouldn't be a big deal. I tried calling the number they have on their site and I always get an error saying "cannot complete your call". Is this normal?

It seems extremely fishy to me...Just wondering if I should count this as a loss?

I use Australian branch of Paritech as my Australian supplier of Data and Metastock for about 10 years.

I know that they have branch in GB, their page has North America link too.

Look in bottom right hand corner, there is their North America link.

From curiosity I pressed on Europe link which worked, but North America one doesn’t seem to work and Australian page re-opens.

Not sure what it means, maybe they folded operation in N America, but for electronic download you can download from anywhere.

Try their phone, 61 is to get Australia 1300 652 511 and allow for time difference, or send them E-mail

Thanks. I have heard of them from others and didn't think anything of ordering from them. Maybe they ran out of software for downloading. I told them to cancel the order, but if the service I get from them holds true - who knows what will happen. Thanks for the info.

This is Leo from Paritech here. The email response including the software ordered was sent to you on the 14th of Feb. Perhaps this email did not reach you, or, is sitting in a seperate email folder to your Inbox, eg, Norton Folder, or similar.
