Hello,
I am trying to use the convert tool in the downloader but I keep getting the same error
2053
According to the help this means "The destination file could not be opened or created because of some type of disk error"
Does anyone have any more detailed information
on this error ?
I tried different files and saving it to different directories in different formats but it always comes up with the same error

It looks like you may have some file corruption. perhaps DAT numbers screwed up. Have you run the TEST function?

Select each data directory in turn. Run Downloader - Tools - Test.

It will scan every data file and identify data errors and file corruption etc.
