Hallo Technical Team,

I need urgent assistance with Metastock data feeds from eSignal. There was a data error with eSignal in the EURUSD chart for 2 Dec 2007 and it is causing problems with Metastock charts. eSignal already fixed the data for 2 Dec 2007 as the charts are 100% correct now. However, it seems as if the new data only reflects in the daily charts in Metastock but not in any of the intraday charts. Any comments and or suggestions on how to fix this will be welcomed.

First, try a View-->Refresh Data with the chart open.  If this does not resolve the issue, close any open charts, browse through Windows to C:-->MetaStock Data-->Data On Demand Cache.

Delete all the files in this folder, but leave MSSMART.  Go back to MetaStock and try accessing the symbols again.
