hey all..... there was some sort of maintence work done over the weekend for datalink.....   i use both esignal and datalink.... tonight  esignal downloads ok  but datalink just locks up.....

it's not a time of day issue.....

just shootin from the hip, it appears  the downloader program is having difficulty connecting to the datalink server..... 

is anyone else experiencing any problems tonight..... thanks .....h

that was using end of day version in the post above, just checked real time version and everything works ok  until i attempt to use anything that has a reference to a datalink symbol in any manner.....

i can pull up any datalink symbol or layout using local data but at that point nothing else works.... no symbol from esignal can open.... meta locks up,  i must force shut down and restart ....

that leads me to believe the trouble might be on my end....

when we open a datalink symbol from local data, it will not update automatically......  so there is no reason for  it to look for a datalink sever..... or at least any reason that is obvious to me......   which almost rules out a server issue.....
