I have recently joined this forum and am very interested in what has been shown with the Heinkin Ashi indicator, which I have managed to "copy" per Wabbit's instructions.  However I do notice that several sites including http://www.educofin.com/ha/ha.html shows the indicator in a type of candlestick.  Is there a way this can be done in Metastock please.  I cannot see a way of changing the indicator lines into candlesticks, can anyone help on this please?

    My MetastockPro 10 manual has something about Candlestick Charting but I have not personally used so can not advise but thought I would let you know where you might start.

The October 2007 issue of MSTT has an article that suggests ways of using any version of MetaStock from 7.0 to simulate Heikin Ashi candlesticks. Subscribers were given access to two different templates and the underlying indicators to support them. The method described is not perfect but it should be adequate for most MetaStock users.
