does anyone know about the delta plus system by welles wilder? i checked out the website, and was wondering if the were any codes for metastock...

I think all (if not all, then most) of Wilders' indicators have been included in MS.  All you need to do is find out what the sequence of indicators, their parameters and limits and script this in MS.  Other than that, from what I have seen from a very quick peruse of his website, Wilders' Delta System is proprietary information and you'd need to subscribe to his service.
