due to a hard disk problem recently I had to reinstall MS 10.1 Pro however during the installation an error occurred such as:
error occurred during the move data process - 119 ........MSWebResources.dll

Would appreciate some assistance as have bee using MS for years and MS 10 and 9.1 throw up the same problem.

The first thing I would try is clicking Start-->Run and typing the following:

regsvr32 atl.dll

and press [Enter]

You should receive some sort of "succeeded" message. Click Ok. Try installing again.
