The response and feedback has been truly overwhelming. We have added over 800 new FOREX traders to our family. We have had a number of requests on our support line asking us why we don't have an area on our forum for them and their products. In response, we have created this room. So, if you have a question related to the forex market, MetaStock Pro FX, or the FX Trader's Advantage post it here. We will strive to make this room as great as the rest of our forum.

A big welcome to our new members.

To help you started here are some links to our training videos:

MetaStock Pro FX

FX Trader's Advantage

Patrick

Ikon Fx Matrix platform!!!

IKON Proud to Announce the Release of the New platform - Ikon FX Matrix!!!
No commission
Interbank prices with extremely tight spreads 0-1
Automated dealing desk with minimal dealer intervention
Leverage 1:500
Instant sub-second trade capture/execution
Advisors support
Get more information and download demo version of Ikon FX Matrix platform on our web site www.en.ikonfx.com
IKON FX Prime Platform

Ikon FX Prime Platform (Options Trading) is able to give our clients the same access to options as they have in the spot market. It seems that Metastock can plot stop, entry and target from this on a chart and in combination with metatrader is excellent.

Forex Symbols Help Needed

Hi all, I'm using MS pro 9.1 with esignal as the datafeed..

(I know there's a seperate forum for that but after comparing the posts from there a this forum, the question seems more appriate for here)

Anyway, I tried creating the new security files in the downloader, but when I tries downloading the data, it didn't work.

The symbols I was using are the same as in eSignal, for example:

AUD A0-FX = Aussie Dollar/U.S. Dollar

So the question is, if this is not the correct symbol fornat, where or how do I find the correct one?

Otherwise, if that is correct, what did I do wrong?

Thanks!

I was thinking of adding those 3 experts on a pair on 3 different charts. Is that a good way to do it?
Alerts and System Tester

How do you get rid of the alerts...they keep popping up? When i click remove alert from chart it goes away but that removes it from the chart. Is that the only way? And when i do some tests on the enhanced system tester some of the results for equity are just plotted as a straight line going up with no break just straight up. Is that normal and i guess that would be a good system?
eod data

I am having trouble with eod data for forex.
