Technical support is closed until Monday. I tried to install it. The blue line was 99% completed!. I think it froze. So I deleted the temporary internet files &amp; the computer wouldn't restart. I had to hold the "off button" in for 5 seconds to shut down the computer. But after it started, the restart function worked. I tried to install it as a save &amp; then as a run or open the folder. <br /> <br />I have a new HP a1250n computer. <br /> <br />What should I do between now &amp; Monday to install it? <br /> <br />Thank you in advance,
