Whenever I placed order from equis web site, I get automated mail
which says any queries related to purchase send mail to sales@equis.com

I sent a mail couple of days back,
I am not getting any reply from that account. Probably mail address is changed.
Could any body pl give me the latest address?

My Mail to sales@equis.com is attached for info (in case equis sales people watch,
they can help me directly. My latest order no is 1-4N6K3, pl ensure full shipment.)

However in this shipment physical manual is missing. I understand that this is not a major
problem since softcopy of manual will be inside the CD.

(However it is little inconvenient to read Ebooks. I ordered (Order no 1-4LLJ2 through your web)
for Dr. Elder's trading room plug-in where I got manual)

I request you to take extra care while shipping. Invoice is signed as 'MJ, ops mgr'.
