I am using American and European Quote Center Package.
I am not getting any data for FTSE indices - thought you would get delayed data from all the exchanges within your package free - I know there is option to get this data in real- time for some $25 but I only need it EOD - this is data you can view on most websites for free - why not in + $200 investment package? I know eSignal charges $1 for delayed FTSE indices values.
Any ideas why you cant see this data? If it is not avaible free, maybe the selling websites should be amended as they clearly say you can get all exchanges delayed.

Call sales and hae them verify your access and that the exchange you are interested in is actually in your package. Generally speaking, your assumption above is correct. You should have delayed access to all of the exchanges in your package. If you choose to pay the optional exchange fees (which vary in price) you will have RT data.
