License TradeSim to replace system tester and turn System Tester into a sector Analysis module.

   Drawn from a database,  not folder driven, you just select which stocks to use
   The ability to choose sector "level" with roll up, roll down ability to the different levels.
   Coded ranking functions such as "relative  strength"  etc.
   Ability to Chart and run all chart functions against said sector levels.
   Ability to check box select a list to chart in one chart
   Other than that, not much.
