Do you know where can I find a table that i can use to convert ISIN into reuters symbols?

I do not know if it is since the takeover of the Borsa Italiana, but the LSE publish stock info with ISIN and it is a nightmare to make 4000 single web requests to match ISIN and reuters symbol. A single big conversion table with reuters-ISIN for whole of Europe would be great.

In previous post, someone advices to look at EuropeIRDL.exe. Having install Metastock 10, I cannot see it. Any idea where to find it?
