I am using metastock 11 pro with quotecenter and I am finding that every futures price in Indian national exchange is corrupted. Every future shows the same price for dec 31st and jan 1st,  incidentally both days were holidays. Does any body else facing this problem? 

to add to the woes of existing problems, Quotecenter is feeding NSE data 35 minutes after the exchange opens!, can you beleive this? you cannot get live feed for half an hour and then Quote center is not recording the 30 minutes of opening data!!!!

just for records this has happened only on last two days ( 25th and 22nd Jan 2010), I am not sure what the data guys at quis are up to but  it's really going from bad to worst. I had to tell couple of friends to hold their purchase!

coming back to futures pricing, some of the futures have wrong prices for 31st dec and Jan 1st -incidentally both were holidays at NSE>

today I noticed All friday prices are showing no- change with zero volume!

Man- can someone own the data part at EQuis?

i am facing the same issue.....and have recieved the following reply "Our data staff if checking the problem".......to add to it when asked when the issue wil be resolved the reply was "We don't know for certain. We'll resolve as soon as possible.".....

have u received any reply from them,suresh ?

Have been using quote centre for past 3 years now.....never faced any issue...hope EQUIS doesn't disappoints me by delaying this further .................

My problem is not yet solved but I noticed additional problem yesterday in futures prices that All Friday prices of 2010 has been corrupted. today morning I could not log on and I got an error that "unable to delete securities from online cache!).  Good to know you are senior user of Metastock in India, I have been using it for last one year. So far I love them for their product but hate them for their service.

pls do keep in touch as we can use this forum to exchange ideas and issues.

i do mainly derivatives trading and with all futures prices corrupted, I have not been able to run any explorers or expert advisors as they all show wrong signals due to the nature of data. I hope guys managing data equis can solve the basic issue of data quickly.  I can live with problems on real time feed. but data corruption is going to hurt us if we take positions based on the charts.

I am also not getting any feedback on this issue. I wonder what's the update?

they say that the issue has been escalated to the team in india...............the matter has turn worst, with no data in afternoon today.............

I had the same problem, No data whole of this afternoon....... I do not what to do..... I am not getting any updates from Equis team either on Futures prices...... it's getting worst...... probably red day is equis service.....(unless they are going to make it worst!......)

today NSE real time data feed started well, Same time as NSE, so you can say someting was working was today. however Future prices of NSE is still corrupted. All Friday prices are showing zero volume..... hope they can get this one out right too.....

well from when it is started doing so.
Really a big problem for traders.
