Thanks Justin. I deleted indicators several times until the new formulas installed. Probably a little over 100 formulas in total. Making a Packages folder did not solve the problem. I had to have an Equis tech support person operate my machine during installation; it became necessary to download a Microsoft utility to clean up my old installation

I don't know the particulars of copying an image, but I believe that you are allowed to install and run MS on two computers, such as home and office. If you want to transfer to a third computer, you need to transfer the license using the MS utility. Thanks johnl. I did as you suggested and it seems to have helped. Of interest is the fact that many of the explorer reports on my system could not be opened because a pop up message said that they were incompatible with the version of MS on my machine. Some reports were years old, so perhaps that was part of the problem.
